What will I learn?
You will be able to focus on one of two areas of study restaurant management or kitchen management. The two routes offer you an opportunity to enhance your personal development through studying a range of core units and specialist options, depending on your intended career path.
Over the duration of the course you will study modules that will build a number of key skills for the hospitality industry. Towards the end of the course you will be able tailor modules to give you the knowledge and skills in a specific area.
Teaching staff are industry experts based and lectures will feature guest speakers who are experienced at both management and strategic level.

- Compliance, regularity and legislative requirements in Hospitality

What could I progress on to?
On successful completion of the courses you will be prepared for further study, either at University or start a higher apprenticeship.
You will also be equipped to start or advance your career in the hospitality industry at a supervisory or management level, in the UK and abroad.
